It provides innovative laboratory management solutions for the healthcare industry with its LIS (Laboratory Information System) software, which with cutting-edge technology helps laboratories improve workflow efficiency, accuracy and patient safety.
What they needed?
When we met they urgently needed a developer (2 weeks) who was an expert in Angular, .NET, Razor and Azure, with 8 years of experience and advanced knowledge of English.

We got in touch to find out Novopath's needs and select the Profiles. That same week we presented the best talents to them in a series of interviews, we evaluated and selected together the profile with which they felt most comfortable. Less time passed between the first contact meeting and the Kick off meeting than they had available, so they felt very satisfied with Novit's proposal. Through the developer who joined the Novopath team, the project has continuous monitoring and quality assurance.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTIVITY GROWTH:
Initially they needed a Dev to begin migrating their LIS System to new technologies (.NET 6). Our Developer managed to unblock many of the problems they had had to do so up to that point, until reaching a stable version. Once that goal was achieved, he was promoted to Dev Lead, in charge of a team of several developers from different parts of the world. He is currently working on the development of new features and support and led a restructuring of the team that has renewed and improved results.
